Member Update – COVID-19

In accordance with the current public health guidelines we are asking our Members to only attend our branches if it is essential.

It is business as usual and we are lending.

You can apply for a loan over the phone, via email or make an enquiry via our website.

You can access your account, check balances, make payments, print statements and more through our online services.  If you are not registered for this service you can register at

You can make a payment on a loan or lodge to a savings account over the phone using your bank’s debit card, just call any of our branches.

You can set up a standing order to repay a loan or lodge to a savings account.  You can phone any branch to get your IBAN and BIC code and then set up with your own bank.

If you have been financially affected or if your financial circumstances have changed and you are concerned about loan repayments you can contact our Credit Control department on 057 93 31196 or  Each query is dealt with on a case by case basis.

If you must attend one of our branches we would ask that you wear a face mask where possible, sanitise upon entry, maintain social distancing, adhere to the limit on Members in the branch and have everything ready so as to avoid delay.  Thank you.
